Somatic Integrity

-Coaching at the intersection of somatic intelligence, nervous system safety, and character-

The leaders most needed right now are the ones willing to tend to what is unresolved in themselves, not just what is urgent in their systems. Your body is not broken - it is loyal to a story that no longer serves you.

Somatic Integrity is my way of describing therapeutic coaching that brings together somatic intelligence, nervous system safety, and character, through the lens of Compassionate Inquiry®. Drawing on Dr. Gabor Maté’s Compassionate Inquiry approach, we work gently with the body’s signals, implicit memories, and protective patterns to reveal what lies beneath the persona you present to the world.

In a regulated, trauma‑informed space, your nervous system can experience real safety, so insight is not just intellectual but felt and lived. From there, we explore how your long‑practiced adaptations shape your leadership, relationships, and self-trust, and we practice new, more honest and courageous ways of being that align your values, boundaries, and behavior.

Who This Is For

  • Leaders navigating systemic change while privately running on fumes.

  • Professionals who hold space for others, but rarely receive it themselves.

  • First line responders, leaders, doctors, founders, coaches, and change-makers whose bodies have been running on override long before the world started shifting beneath them.

  • Practitioners who sense that the next level of their work requires a deeper level of their own healing.

  • Anyone whose nervous system is whispering, or screaming - that something has to shift.

The Practice

  • Understand your current systemic environment.

  • Go beneath the story, to the body that had to carry it all.

  • Work with what is subconscious - the implicit memories, protective beliefs, and automatic responses your mind learned to bypass but your nervous system never forgot.

  • Restore regulation before strategy, felt safety before performance, presence before productivity.

  • Turn what has been running you into something you can work with - so you lead from clarity, not depletion.

  • Unlock the creative energy, stuck under the rubble of your self-neglect.

Did you know?

  • Calm app research (3/26) found 48% of C-suite leaders say they’re overwhelmed, and a third say they’re operating on a partially-charged or drained mental battery.

  • Experts estimate that 70-80% of U.S. families are at least dysfunctional.

  • 59% said employer thinks work environment is a lot mentally healthier than it actually is.

  • There are roughly 10,000 groups that qualify as cults in the U.S. alone.

  • More than 1 in 5 workers (22%) said they have experienced harm to their mental health at work, and 22% of workers said they experienced harassment at work in the past 12 months.

  • 22% have witnessed discrimination in their current workplace; 15% reported they experienced discrimination. 28% reported having witnessed negative slights, insults or jokes that devalued the identity or background of others. Nearly one-fifth (19%) of workers said they had been the target of these behaviors.

  • 2025 toxic workplace trends report found nearly 75% of the employees surveyed said they had worked in a toxic workplace, and only 21% said they had not (4% were not sure).

Invitation

We are shaped by the systems we’re part of. Growth isn’t about taking on what isn’t ours to carry - just as it isn’t about turning away from what is.
