I help people navigate what they cannot see clearly on their own - trauma, shadow work, unconscious patterns, compulsive behaviors, and the emotional landscape many struggle with. I hold space for difficult emotions, with clarity and grounded presence.
Trauma doesn’t just live in our past. It shows up in our relationships, our leadership, our body, and the systems we move through. I help you name it, unlearn it, and finally put it down. Because not everything you carry is yours to keep.
