About
Hi! I'm Maria Marc
I’m a Trauma Integration Practitioner and ICF ‑ credentialed Coach working with professionals who are carrying moral injury and systemic misalignment - in work, family, or community - and who are ready to stop abandoning themselves in order to stay in toxic systems.

Family is often the first institution any of us belong to - the place we first learn the unspoken rules of loyalty, love, and worth. Long before we ever adapt to a workplace, a faith community, or an organization, we adapt to a household: what earns us approval, what keeps us safe, what costs too much to say out loud. That original blueprint doesn't disappear when we grow up - it becomes the lens through which we recognize, or fail to recognize, misalignment everywhere else.

I integrate neuroscience, Relational Trauma, Compassionate Inquiry, Trauma‑Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST), and other modalities I've practiced over the past decade.
Together, we use these to stabilize your nervous system, tend to the parts of you that learned to self‑erase, and rebuild a life and leadership rooted in somatic and moral integrity. This work translates the unseen mechanics of trauma, the body, and the subconscious into clear, grounded, deeply human leadership.
I’ve facilitated over 6,000 conversations with leaders, practitioners, and individuals navigating complex life and leadership transitions. My work supports people who have survived toxic systems by chronically saying yes when their body says no, keeping quiet to avoid conflict, or staying loyal to roles and relationships that erode their integrity.
Together, we uncover and integrate the patterns beneath over‑responsibility, perfectionism, emotional inhibition, and chronic self‑abandonment so you can live, relate, and lead with more clarity, dignity, authenticity, and self‑trust.
