Power, Without Armor
Bali Retreat 2027

A Trauma-Informed & Shadow Work Retreat

Power, Without Armor is an immersive retreat for professionals, leaders, practitioners, founders, and change-makers who are ready to stop relating to life through survival alone.

It offers a carefully held space to meet what has gone unprocessed beneath competence, productivity, caregiving, and the long habit of abandoning yourself in order to keep going.

An opportunity to detox your nervous system, your authentic leadership story, and your self-worth in a magical village nestled among rice fields, where dragonflies dance by day, fireflies glow by night, and a wild symphony of crickets and frogs holds your healing.

Why this retreat

Moral Injury is what happens when you have to live, work, or lead in ways that violate your values, often because of power dynamics, systemic injustice, or relational betrayal. Over time, the body carries what the mind has had to normalize: over-functioning, numbness, urgency, perfectionism, collapse, and the slow erosion of self-trust.

This retreat is for people who sense that what looks like burnout may be something deeper. Not just stress, but a rupture between your body, your truth, and the ways you have had to adapt in order to survive the systems, roles, or relationships around you.

This is not about becoming more polished. It is about becoming more coherent - someone whose leadership, choices, and inner life no longer depend on betraying what they know to be true.

Who this is for

This retreat may be a fit if you:

  • Are navigating leadership, transition, or increased visibility while privately running on fumes.

  • Hold space for others but rarely feel deeply held yourself.

  • Sense that what looks like burnout, over-functioning, or collapse may also be moral injury and chronic self-abandonment.

  • Know your next level of leadership, practice, or life requires more truth, embodiment, and inner repair - not just better strategy.

  • Are ready to stop confusing survival with strength, and to let your body have a say in how you move forward.

This may include leaders, founders, practitioners, helpers, facilitators, caregivers, and change-makers whose bodies have been adapting to impossible environments for far too long - and who are now ready to relate to themselves with more honesty, authenticity, and self-respect.

Why Bali

Some truths become easier to hear when you are no longer surrounded by the environment that taught you to mute them. Stepping away from those systems gives your nervous system a chance to loosen its grip on urgency, control, and constant adaptation.

Bali offers beauty, spaciousness, rhythm, and sensory relief - a felt experience of slowing down that many people have never fully allowed themselves. In that atmosphere, it becomes easier to sense the gap between how life has looked on the outside and how you have actually been living on the inside.

This setting is not the point of the retreat, but it matters. It quietly supports the kind of slowing down required for deeper listening, more honest contact, and a more trustworthy relationship with yourself.

And yes, I might be a bit biased... I love the place I’ve chosen for our experience together, and I trust it to hold the depth of this work.
